Mission
How do we do that at Center Point Church?
Inward in Commitment: Examining our lives in light of the scriptures, embracing the truth found therein, and committing our lives to it. Sunday morning services are designed to challenge and motivate people to consider the many ways Christ calls to us for commitment.
Upward in Worship: Learning how to respond to God’s revelation of Himself in praise, honor and devotion. Worship is a way of life, it is a daily goal and in that we recognize our need to be learning how to worship in spirit and in truth.
Downward in Discipleship: Midweek services are designed to follow-up on the commitment we are calling for on Sunday mornings by practically and creatively applying God’s revelation to our lives personally and corporately so that we are moving toward fulfilling our God given mission and purpose.
Outward in Evangelism: Taking this hope-giving, life changing, message to our neighbors, co-workers, community and world.
And all Around in our Community: Refusing to retreat to the four walls of the church. Believing that Christ is working in people around us and that His influence transforms lives and cultures and that He wants us to share in His work and continue with His message.
At Center Point Church we believe that Christ is the Center of our lives and that as such he is the defining truth by which we strive to model our lives.
